Synopsis
The performance, based on the theme of “Lost and Found”, explored the idea that the value of an object is in the eye of the beholder, and the possibility that in another world our lost socks, buttons and pencils could be sought after commodities.
It centred on a young ‘Procurer’ from another world, sent to earth through a portal to take lost and forgotten items of little or no value to mankind. This regular excursion to our planet goes disastrously wrong when she takes a key charm from a broken pendant back through the portal, breaking the third rule of the Procurers (no keys), and unwittingly causing chaos in both worlds.
