Jennifer Birch
Company Director
Jennifer trained at the Guildford School of Acting (GSA). Her experience in theatre has seen her touring both within the UK and Internationally as an actor. Inspired by her work, Jennifer began delivering theatre workshops to young people of all ages and producing young peoples theatre.
Jennifer established the Lincoln Academy of Dramatic Arts Ltd (LADA) in 2005 – a thriving arts organisation based in the heart of Lincoln. Over the past few years the business has grown with successful departments in Theatrical Management, Corporate Training, Touring Productions, Educational Productions/Workshops and of course the EMYT.
In 2008 LADA Ltd was rewarded for its hard work by winning 'The Most Promising New Business Award' by the Lincolnshire Echo. Jennifer thoroughly enjoys being actively involved in developing youth theatre productions and raising the profile of talent in the East Midlands.
Richard Boschetto
Creative Director
Richard has worked extensively in theatre for the past twenty years. After graduating from Sir Paul McCartney's Theatre School, 'The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts' (LIPA), Richard worked extensively as an actor and director. Richard then moved into casting and producing, enjoying success both within the UK and abroad with various productions.
Richard was then delighted to become the Creative Director of the East Midlands Youth Theatre (EMYT). Richard enjoys his work with the EMYT, ensuring that the best young talents within the East Midlands and South Yorkshire regions are given the chance to hone their skills in our exciting and educational workshops.
Nina Byrne
Project Associate
Nina is thrilled to be working on the EMYT. A talented dancer, Nina enjoys bringing her organisational skills to a project she describes as 'inspirational'.
